CITY ADJUSTERS & INVESTIGATORS was established in 1975 and has been serving the insurance industry for over 30 years.
In 2003, operations of the company came under new management headed by our current Chief Operating Officer, Mr. A. Krishnan. Well known for his understanding of the business, Mr. Krishnan’s vast experience in Insurance Survey, Adjusting and Investigation, coupled with other specialists in the team from Legal, Medical, Investigation and Risk Management background, makes the new CITY team is a formidable force to be reckoned with
Our new team is now made up of experienced adjusters and investigators who specialise in various classes of general insurance. We have expanded our business scope to manage risk management and all other forms of corporate and private investigation. To head each of these sections, we have professionals who have extensive hands-on experience and proven track records in their respective fields with both local and international exposure.
While our operations are centered at our head office in Subang Jaya, we have branches throughout Malaysia, from Johor to Kuching and we readily go wherever we need to, to get the job done.
Our philosophy is to serve our customers with professionalism providing quality service and good customer support all the way. To ensure that our service quality is in line with our customers’ service requirements, we regularly gauge the service feedback from our customers. This reliably maintains high customer satisfaction amongst our clients, and preserves high standards.

Message from the Chief Operating Officer
With the growing business volume in the insurance industry (both General and Life) coupled with rapid changes in the life style of our society in the recent years, a growing trend is noticeable in the increase of insurance fraud claims. The alarming aspect of this is the perception of the public that insurance fraud is a passive crime and there is now an emergence of a breed of organised claim “farmers”. We have found through our numerous cases and encounters that it is vital that a series of check lists be implemented to filter incoming claims then detected potential fraudulent cases be investigated. It is time to pool the experiences of the industry both the insurer’s and the investigators to arrest the increasing fraud claims estimated at around 3-5% of the RM 4 billion annual insurance turn over. In line with our company’s vision, to improve our standards in providing service to our clients, we have in place a series of value added packages. Examples of which are Fraud checklists and Detection, our methods of Investigation, Online Vehicle Market Valuation, Online Windscreen Pricing. In conclusion we have condensed and pooled our experience and strength coupled with an acquisition of experienced professionals which projects a growing company with the focus of becoming a top service provider to the insurance industry Mr. A.
